Hi i'm Linzi. I grew up in Leighton Buzzard and I'm a family girl, wife, mum & nanny, but also a passionate baker who loves to make life a little sweeter. Before I started my cookie business, I ran a local cake supply shop and baked custom celebration cakes, and supplied many cafes and coffee shops, which I absolutely loved. After the world turned upside down, I stepped away from baking for a while, but life threw me a curveball when I was made redundant. But as it turns out, that was just the push I needed to get back to doing what I truly enjoy – creating delicious treats that bring smiles to people's faces.

Now, I’m back, baking my heart out and sharing my cookies and bakes with the world. Most weekends, you’ll find me under my pink gazebo with my cookie stall, chatting with customers, trying out new recipes, and having a good laugh along the way. There’s nothing I love more than seeing people enjoy my creations and making those little moments special.
