The pistachio cream isn’t just a filling, it’s a whole experience: rich, smooth, and nutty in the best way, oozing out like it was designed to be eaten slowly but you absolutely won’t. Every bite hits that balance—sweet, buttery, slightly toasted, with little bits of pistachio adding texture and depth. It’s indulgent without being overwhelming, soft without falling apart, and honestly… kind of addictive. This isn’t just a cookie, it’s the cookie.
Forget EVERYTHING you think you know about cookies. There’s cookies are thick, full of flavour, sticky yet super light and crumbly.

Hi, I’m Linzi! I’m a mum to three wonderful kids, a wife to an amazing husband, and a passionate baker who loves to make life a little sweeter. Before I started my cookie business, I ran a cake supply shop and bake custom cakes, which I absolutely loved. After stepping away from baking for a while, life threw me a curveball when I was made redundant. But as it turns out, that was just the push I needed to get back to doing what I truly enjoy – creating delicious treats that bring smiles to people's faces.
Now, I’m back, baking my heart out and sharing my cookies with the world. Most weekends, you’ll find me under my pink gazebo at the cookie stall, chatting with customers, trying out new recipes, and having a good laugh along the way. There’s nothing I love more than seeing people enjoy my creations and making those little moments special.
